Swarthmore offers group visits to high schools and community based organizations serving grade levels 9-12 for an hour long campus tour and 45 minute Q&A with an admission staff member.
To request a group visit, please select an available date from the calendar below and complete the request form (a link to a request form will appear once a date is selected). Submitting the form does not guarantee availability. Our office will reach out after you have registered for your event to confirm the details of your visit. Before you submit your request, please review our Group Visit Policies:
Please contact us at least two weeks prior to your desired visit date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Visits are subject to the academic calendar, the availability of the admission staff, and student tour guides. Visitors are able to sign up for self-guided tours if there is no availability on the day you were hoping to come to campus. Should you choose to do a self-guided visit, please have each student and counselor sign up individually here.
The Swarthmore Admissions Office is unable to provide food or meals for your visit. Please see our list of dining options on campus or in the Swarthmore area as you plan your visit to campus.
When planning your visit, please keep in mind that groups arriving to campus late may forfeit part of their visit experience.
For more information or if you have additional questions regarding group visits, please contact us at groups@swarthmore.edu.
