Group Visits

Swarthmore offers group visits to high schools and community based organizations serving grade levels 9-12 for an hour long campus tour and 45 minute Q&A with an admission staff member.

To request a group visit, please select an available date from the calendar below and complete the request form (a link to a request form will appear once a date is selected). Submitting the form does not guarantee availability. Our office will reach out after you have registered for your event to confirm the details of your visit. Before you submit your request, please review our Group Visit Policies:

    • Groups of students affiliated with a community-based organization or high school-run college access program, attending Title I-eligible school(s) or similar, or traveling as a group of community college students are eligible to request a visit at any time. We ask that all other groups wait until they are 4 weeks out from their intended visit day to put in their request.

    • Visits are subject to the academic calendar, the availability of the admission staff, and student tour guides. Visitors are able to sign up for self-guided tours if there is no availability on the day you were hoping to come to campus. Should you choose to do a self-guided visit, please have each student and counselor sign up individually here.

    • When planning your visit, please keep in mind that groups arriving to campus late may forfeit part of their visit experience.

Visitors requesting dates or times not listed on the calendar should submit their request at least two weeks before their intended visit date. For more information or if you have additional questions regarding group visits, please contact us at groups@swarthmore.edu.
